Les was born and raised on a dairy farm in the Quinte West Area. He lives in Frankford, Ontario with his wife and 4 children.
The diversity involved in the plumbing field first drew him in: the constantly changing work environment, the problem solving, focusing on quality workmanship and the enjoyment of meeting new people.
